font-family: verdana;">el mayor foco de insalubridad, delincuencia, tráfico de drogas e inseguridad de la capital</b><span style="font-style: italic;font-family:verdana;" >.</span><br /><span style="font-style: italic;font-family:verdana;" >Sus más de 2.000 edificaciones, en su mayoría ilegales, se arremolinan a los lados de un camino de barro irregular de unos 15 kilómetros, que separa la carretera de Valencia (A-3), del complejo incinerador de Valdemingómez, perteneciente al Ayuntamiento de Madrid.</span><br /><span style="font-style: italic;font-family:verdana;" >En su paisaje de escombros, suciedad y viviendas apretujadas malviven unas 50.000 personas, entre ellas miles de </span><strong style="font-style: italic; font-family: verdana;">niños sin escolarizar que juegan descalzos en un mar de basura y jeringuillas</strong><span style="font-style: italic;font-family:verdana;" >, gitanos jóvenes de mirada desafiante que conducen coches de lujo robados, familias de inmigrantes, ancianas enjuntas y toxicómanos de ojos desorbitados."</span><span style="font-family:verdana;"> </span><a style="font-family: verdana;" href="http://http//www.elmundo.es/elmundo/2007/10/18/madrid/1192724174.html">El Mundo</a><br /><br /><span style="font-family:verdana;">Este lugar me interesa particularmente, porque en momentos de crisis las zonas "marginales" son las que antes sufren las consecuencias. Al igual que esta pasando con la economía, nos estamos damos cuenta de que no hemos hecho las cosas todo lo bien de deberíamos, pero es de sabios rectificar. Llevamos varios años de bonanza económica gracias "al ladrillo", el problema es que esto ha generado una presión urbanística que no ha tenido en cuenta a los sectores menos pudientes de la sociedad española. De todos es sabido, que en nuestras ciudades han aparecido "guetos" que absorven a dicha población, evitando así su integración (</span><a style="font-family: verdana;" href="http://http//www.20minutos.es/noticia/409918/0/roquetas/mar/senegales/">incidente de Roquetas de Mar</a><span style="font-family:verdana;">).</span><br /><span style="font-family:verdana;">En resumen, habría que haber actuado antes pero todavía estamos a tiempo de cambiar las cosas para que no vayan a peor.
